Meet the Baristas... Meet Nancy Ballard... Nancy has been working for The Blue Bean since opening day. She has been married to her husband Jack for 25 years and has two daughters. Her favorite things to do besides drinking coffee and eating scones of course...are running and reading. April 27th she will running for her second year in the Oklahoma City Marathon. She plans on running the half marathon as she did last year. She also enjoys spending time with her family, especially shopping with her daughter (who doesn't). A fun fact about Nancy is she didn't drink coffee before she starting working at The Blue Bean, but she thought it would be fun to work at a coffee shop. Now, her favorite drink is a Raspberry Mocha!! If you haven't tried one, come in and let Nancy make you one. Nancy has a way of making every patron feel special with her caring touch.
